Agreement
These terms apply to access and use of Hectacore Systems products, websites, and related services. By using a service, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for yourself or your organization.
The service
We provide business software for commerce, customer operations, manufacturing, and product design. Product scope, hosting, support, pricing, and service commitments may also be defined in an order, proposal, or separate agreement.
Accounts and responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and business information.
- Protect account credentials and control authorized access.
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
- Obtain the notices, permissions, and consents required for customer communications.
- Follow applicable marketing, privacy, consumer protection, and communications laws.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to send unlawful or deceptive communications, distribute malware, infringe rights, access data without authority, interfere with the service, evade platform rules, or harm another person or organization.
Connected platforms
Our services may connect to Shopify, ERPNext, Meta products, couriers, and other providers. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms and policies. You authorize us to exchange information with a connected platform as needed to provide the requested feature.
Platform features can change, become restricted, or stop working because of decisions outside our control. Hectacore Systems is independent from Meta and is not endorsed by Meta.
Customer data
You retain your rights in information submitted to the service. You grant us the limited right to process that information to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Our Privacy Policy explains this processing in more detail.
Our products
Hectacore Systems and its licensors retain all rights in the software, design, documentation, and branding. These terms provide a limited right to use the service and do not transfer ownership.
Availability and changes
We work to provide dependable services, but availability is not guaranteed unless a separate agreement says otherwise. We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects normal use where practical.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access where payment is overdue, use creates security or legal risk, these terms are materially breached, or a connected provider requires it. Customers may stop using the service and request account closure subject to any separate agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or error free. Hectacore Systems is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss to the extent such limits are permitted by law.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means the updated terms apply.
